I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you so much. The fence is beautiful. Your employees did a wonderful job and impressed me with how professional everyone is. My husband and I have not had great luck in the last couple of years with contractors so every time we have to have something done we cringe. When we had the estimates for the fence done, you were the only one that showed up when they said they would. Well you were late but you had the courtesy to call and let us know. You were also the only one who got an estimate back to us on time. One contractor said he'd call the next day and did not call back for two weeks.
We had windows put in a year ago and it was a headache from the word go. The windows are beautiful and I love them, but I would never do business with that company again. Our big front window did not fit properly so another was supposedly ordered. That was fine. Four months later. No window no call, I called, they had no record that a new one was needed. They sent someone out to find out the problem. He said the same thing the installer said, it wasn't square. They never got back to me so I called again. This went on for a month and a half. Never did they return a call. I always had to call them back. It was very frustrating! They say that the product sells itself, but that is not true. Initially it does but if there is no customer service backing it up then the product is worth nothing.
